With this Notice, the Calabria Region intends to grant incentives for the employment of disadvantaged, very disadvantaged unemployed workers and workers with disabilities to companies operating in the tourism sector. The subject of granting of the employment incentive will be the employment contracts stipulated from 04/01/2023, both for a fixed term with a duration of no less than three months and for an indefinite period, in accordance with the relevant CCNL applicable in order to counteract on the one hand illegal work and on the other encouraging the application of adequate remuneration, as well as extending the average duration of seasonal contracts in the summer and winter periods.
Who is it aimed at?
Beneficiaries: Companies as defined in Annex 1 to Reg. 651/2014 and operating in the sectors of the tourism supply chain (Annex 4 of this Notice). Businesses can only submit one grant application. Recipients: Disadvantaged, very disadvantaged workers and workers with disabilities who declare their immediate availability to carry out work activities to the employment policy information system.
What does it predict
Eligible expenses are salary costs attributable to hires made starting from 04/01/2023. The aid is granted in accordance with the provisions of Art. 32 and 33 of Reg. 651/2014: in the case of hiring disadvantaged workers: the grantable amount is equal to 50% of the eligible costs; in the case of hiring workers with disabilities: the grantable amount is equal to 75% of the eligible costs. The employment incentive that can be granted does not exceed the maximum amount of €20,000.00 per company.
