Italy Social Economy is the incentive of the Ministry of Companies and Made in Italy aimed at companies that carry out activities of social utility and of general interest. Management is entrusted to Invitalia.
Who is it aimed at?
- social enterprises, established in any form, registered in the appropriate section of the business register
- social cooperatives and their consortia, referred to in the law of 8 November 1991 n.381 and SS.MM.II
- Cooperative companies having the qualification of non -profit organization (in compliance with the provisions of articles 101 paragraph 2 and 102 paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 3 July 2017 and SS.MM.II)
- Cultural and creative enterprises, established in the form of partnerships or capital, who operate or intend to operate in the economic sectors listed in Annex 1 of the Directorial Decree 8 August 2022
What does it predict
The concessions consist of:
Facilitated financing at the rate of 0.5% per year and lasting a maximum of 15 years, granted by the Ministry of Companies and Made in Italy, to be worth on Cassa Depositi e Prestiti resources, to which a bank funding granted by a financier bank*. The set of funding indicated above guarantees a total coverage of up to 80% of the eligible expenses, of which 70% represented by the subsidized loan and the remaining 30% consisting of bank funding
Lost contribution of an amount between 5% and 20% of the total expenditure admitted to the facilities. For production investments, the amount of the contribution varies according to the size of the company and the location of the subsidized program; For projects that provide for the employment increase of workers with disabilities, the non -refundable contribution is always equal to 20%.
