This notice aims to encourage companies to the realization of projects for the documented improvement of the health and safety conditions of workers, as well as encourage micro and small companies operating in the primary production sector of agricultural products to the purchase of new machinery and working equipment characterized by innovative solutions to significantly reduce polluting emissions, improve efficiency and overall sustainability and decrease the levels of noise or risk or risk levels accident or that deriving from the performance of manual operations.
Who is it aimed at?
The recipients of the loan are the companies, including individuals, located in each regional territory and registered in the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture.
For Axis projects 1 type d) I can also participate in third sector entities in possession of the requirements referred to in the public notice ISI 2023.
To be considered admissible, the recipients of the loans must not have obtained the admission measure to the loan for one of the ISI 2021, 2022, 2023 notices.
What does it predict
For the axes 1,2,3,4, the amount of the expenses deemed admissible is granted a contribution to the lost end of the 65% . The loan is calculated on the expenses incurred net of VAT. The maximum funding loan is equal to 130,000.00 euros and the minimum admissible loan is equal to 5,000.00 euros.
Projects for the adoption of organizational models and social responsibility
There is a lost 80% contribution
It is possible to insert the following activities:
- Adoption of a UNI ISO 45001:2018 certified workplace health and safety management system
- Adoption of a sector workplace health and safety management system envisaged by INAIL-Social Party agreements
- Adoption of an organizational and managerial model referred to in art.30 of Legislative Decree 81/2008 CLOSERED
