Incentive to encourage the digital transformation of SMEs through programs that provide for the creation of innovative, sustainable investments with high technological content and consistent with the National Transition 4.0 Plan.
Who is it aimed at?
Micro and SMEs carrying out activities included in manufacturing activities and business services. Companies must have ordinary accounting systems and have at least two approved and filed financial statements. Sole proprietorships and partnerships must have at least two tax returns filed.
What does it predict
Contribution towards plant - for investment programs to be carried out in the A zones falling within the territories of the regions of Calabria, Campania, Puglia, Sicily, the maximum contribution is equal to 60% of the eligible expenses for micro and small-sized enterprises and 50% % for medium-sized companies; – for investment programs to be carried out in zones A falling within the territories of the regions of Basilicata, Molise and Sardinia, the maximum contribution is equal to 50% of the eligible expenses for micro and small-sized enterprises and 40% for medium-sized enterprises size; – for investment programs to be carried out in areas other than zone A, the maximum contribution is equal to 35% of eligible expenses for micro and small-sized businesses and 25% for medium-sized businesses. With directorial decree of 18 May 2022, following the exhaustion of financial resources, the closure of the office for the submission of applications for relief for the areas of Southern Italy was ordered. The desk for the other regions of the Centre-North is still active. With directorial decree of 20 June 2022, the ranking for admission to the preliminary phase of applications for relief from the financial resources for the Southern Regions was defined, referred to in article 3, paragraph 1, letter b), of the ministerial decree of 10 February 2022. With directorial decree of 25 January 2023, the closure of the office for the submission of applications for relief for the Central-Northern areas was ordered from 1 February 2023.
