The Call for Sustainable Investments 4.0 provides for the granting and disbursement of concessions in favor of investment programs proposed by SMEs compliant with the current environmental protection principles and with a high technological content, consistent with the transition 4.0 plan, with priority for those capable of Offer a particular contribution to the sustainability objectives defined by the European Union and for those intended to encourage the transition of the company to the circular economy paradigm or to improve the energy sustainability of the company.

Who is it aimed at?

SMEs (small and medium -sized enterprises) which at the date of submission of the application must:

  • be regularly constituted, registered and "active" in the business register
  • be in the full and free exercise of one's rights, not to be in voluntary liquidation and not to be subjected to bankruptcy procedures
  • find themselves under ordinary accounting and have at least two budgets approved and filed with the Business Register or to have submitted, in the case of individual companies and people of people, at least two tax returns
  • be based in one of the following regions: Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Molise, Puglia, Sicily and Sardinia;
  • Manufacturing activities are allowed, with the exception of activities related to some sectors characterized by limitations deriving from the European reference provisions (steel airport; coal extraction; naval construction; manufacture of synthetic fibers; transport and elative infrastructure; production and distribution of energy, as well as of the related infrastructures) or investment programs which, by causing significant damage to the environmental objectives defined at European level, do not guarantee compliance with the "dnsh" principle.
  • Not having carried out, in the 2) years preceding the submission of the application, a relocation towards the production unit subject to the investment in relation to which the facilities are requested, undertaking not to do so even until the two years following the completion of the investment itself.
  • Respect the additional requirements of the announcement

 

What does it predict

  • Non -refundable contribution up to 35%
  • Zero rate financing up to 40%

Investment minimum 750 thousand euros, maximum 5 million euros. The maximum investment must however be less than 70% of the turnover of the last approved and deposited budget. The subsidized loan must be returned by the beneficiary company without interest from the date of delivery of the last share of the facilities, according to an amortization plan with unformed constant semester installments poor on May 31 and November 30 of each year, in A period lasting 7 (seven) years. In the event that the aforementioned date of disbursement of the last balance falls in the 30 (thirty) days preceding the deadline of May 31 or November 30, the first installment of the amortization plan starts from the first following deadline.

The subsidized loan is not assisted by particular forms of guarantee, it being understood that the credits born from the repetition of the facilities provided are, however, assisted by privilege pursuant to article 24, paragraph 33, of the law of 27 December 1997, n. 449
