As part of Rural Development 2023-2027, the call implements the SRD03 Intervention "Investments in agricultural companies for diversification into non-agricultural activities" Type of action e) "Tourist-recreational activities and activities linked to rural traditions and valorisation of natural and landscape resources (wine tourism)”.
Who is it aimed at?
Agricultural entrepreneurs are beneficiaries of the tender, pursuant to art. 2135 of the Civil Code, individuals or associates of Emilia-Romagna, falling into these categories: - Cooperatives, - Large businesses, - Micro businesses, - SMEs.
What does it predict
The support, in the form of a capital contribution, will be equal to: 50% of the eligible expenditure for interventions placed in Zone D "Rural areas with development problems"; 45% of the eligible expenditure for interventions placed in Zone C " Intermediate rural areas"; at 40% of the eligible expenditure for interventions in the remaining areas of the regional territory: zone B "Areas with intensive and specialized agriculture" and zone A "Urban and peri-urban areas". The following types of intervention relating to investments for the adaptation of agricultural companies in order to create or expand wine tourism activities are eligible for support: - renovation and furnishing of premises and external spaces specifically dedicated to wine tourism activities. The projects will be financed within the maximum limit of two covered rooms and one bathroom for the exclusive use of the users; - purchase of equipment, equipment and machinery for the wine tourism activity (inventoriable assets only); - general and technical expenses to the maximum extent of 10% of the eligible expenditure indicated above; - purchase of IT equipment and related software for the management of the supported activity. The software can be basic or specific for wine tourism.
