Who is it aimed at?
For aid for damages relating to the failure to market the product, companies that own or are entrusted with state-owned areas can benefit from the contributions, provided that the assignment results from a specific administrative act.
What does it predict
The aid concerns the following types of damage and charges and expenses: • for the marketing of clams from the areas of Sacca di Goro and the Municipality of Comacchio, classified on the basis of Regional Determination no. 3077 of 02/22/2021, the decrease, in kilograms, calculated by comparing the quantities marketed, in kilograms, in the period from 1 January to 30 September 2023, with the quantities marketed in the period from 1 January to 30 September 2022, as well as the failure to future market the product calculated on the loss, in kilograms, of juvenile clams placed in the concessions from 1 October 2022 to 30 September 2023; • for the disposal of specimens of non-marketed blue crab, the charges and expenses incurred for the disposal in landfill or in authorized disposal centres, including the costs of handling the product at sea and on land in order to collect it in storage points and load it onto vehicles for transfer to landfill or in authorized disposal centres, supported by the 1st July 2023.
