The intervention intends to develop new tourist services, linked to hospitality, respecting environmental sustainability, the landscape and its slow and conscious use. The intervention, in particular, aims to launch start-ups linked to activities connected to the provision of innovative services for the sustainable use of the rural and coastal areas of the territory (guidance and information services, sustainable transport, services linked to cycle tourism and hiking, education services environment, widespread and sustainable tourist accommodation, experiential laboratories for learning traditional techniques of artisanal production and transformation and preparation of agri-food products, etc.). To guarantee the effective development of the activities, the intervention is activated with the multi-measure "Integrated Package" method.
Who is it aimed at?
The beneficiaries of this Public Notice are identified as follows: a. Farmers, who diversify their activities by starting non-agricultural activities;b. Family workers of farmers, who diversify their business by starting non-agricultural activities. The family worker, although not holding the qualification of employed agricultural worker, must be an active unit registered with INPS within the agricultural business for which he collaborates; c. Micro-enterprises and small enterprises, as defined in Annex 1 of Reg. (EU) no. 702/2014, pursuant to Commission recommendation 2003/361/EC, which start non-agricultural activities in rural areas and which are established as companies (partnership, capital and cooperative), registered with the Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture and authorized to carry out commercial, artisanal and tourist activities, including type B social cooperatives (aimed at the employment of disadvantaged people); d. Natural persons starting non-agricultural activities in rural areas.
What does it predict
The loan can be requested for the carrying out of non-agricultural economic activities, referring exclusively to the following sectors: 1. Agri-food: laboratories for the transformation of typical products and for the preparation of local gastronomy dishes, etc.,2. Services to support tourism: tourist information points, visitor centres, equipment to support hiking, reception services for pilgrims along the Via Francigena, educational workshops, cycle workshops for cyclists, trekking, Nordic walking, sailing, canoeing, diving, snorkelling, etc. . Activities relating to the following are excluded from support: - the sector of primary production of agricultural products referred to in Annex 1 of the TFEU; - the sector of processing and marketing of agricultural products referred to in Annex 1 of the TFEU, fisheries and aquaculture , limited to cases in which the final product falls within the products referred to in Annex 1 of the TFEU.
