Non-repayable contributions under the de minimis regime, to a maximum of 50 percent of eligible expenses, aimed at supporting interventions for the redevelopment and sustainable production reconversion of degraded production complexes. By degraded production complexes we mean buildings and related areas that have not been used for more than three years or with characteristics such that they are no longer suitable for production-related activities, as identified by the resolution of the Regional Council no. 1820 of 11/24/2022 and subsequent additions. Who is it aimed at?
The beneficiaries of the contributions are companies, private individuals and local economic development consortia, holders of property rights or other real rights of enjoyment on buildings and properties classified as degraded production complexes.
What does it predict
Eligible for financing are interventions for the redevelopment and sustainable productive reconversion, the implementation of interventions such as demolition, demolition for reconversion, demolition with reconstruction, extraordinary maintenance, renovation, connection to the infrastructural networks of productive buildings, aimed to the reuse of degraded production complexes for production purposes.
