Non-refundable contribution for interventions aimed at allowing the exercise of professional activities by professionals who carry out professional activities individually, in associations or in companies, suffering from physical, mental or sensorial impairments which lead to: - reduction of working capacity exceeding the 45% - work disabled people with a degree of disability greater than 33% - blind or deaf-mute The amount of the contribution is equal to: - 70% of the eligible expenses, if at the date of submission of the contribution application it has never yet been submitted no declaration relating to the turnover; - 60% of the eligible expenses, if the turnover which can be deduced from the last VAT return presented or the total of the positive components, which can be deduced from the last single natural persons declaration presented, is less than 20,000.00 euro; - 50% of the eligible expenses, if the turnover, deduced from the last VAT return presented or the total of the positive components, deduced from the last single natural persons declaration presented, is between 20,000.00 and 40,000, 00 euros; - 30% of the eligible expenses, if the turnover, deduced from the last VAT return presented or the total of the positive components, deduced from the last Single Natural Persons return presented, is greater than 40,000.00 euros. The amount of the contribution is raised to 80% of the eligible expenses if the replacement or collaboration relationship is activated with a substitute or a collaborator registered for no more than twelve months with the relevant Order or College or in the case of a profession not regulated to the association included in the regional register of associations of non-professional professional activity providers or included in the list of professional associations that issue the quality certificate of services present on the website of the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy. Only expenses incurred after the date of submission of the application are eligible for contribution. The amount of the overall contribution granted to the same beneficiary cannot exceed the maximum limit of 50,000.00 euros. The application can be submitted several times until the maximum contribution limit of €50,000.00 is reached. Applications for contributions must be submitted with stamp duty (16.00 euros), before incurring expenses, to the Central Directorate for Work, Training, Education and Family on the forms made available on the FVG Region website (see link on this page to item “Institutional link”).

Who is it aimed at?

- Professionals regularly registered with professional orders or colleges. - Non-professionals who are members of associations included in the regional register provided for by art. 4 of LR 13/2004.- Non-professionals, holders of forms of insurance for civil liability for damages caused in the exercise of their professional activity, registered with a professional association included, pursuant to law 14 January 2013, n. 4 (Provisions regarding unorganized professions), in the list of professional associations that issue the service quality certificate, published by the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy on its website. The applicant must: - carry out the activity professional in individual, associated or corporate form - have residence in Friuli Venezia Giulia - have the registered or operational headquarters in Friuli Venezia Giulia - carry out exclusively a free and professional activity Furthermore, they must not be a subordinate employee, not even temporary specific holder of an old-age or seniority pension provided by the INPS or other public or private funds, collaborator of a family business, craftsman, trader, direct farmer, owner of an individual business, administrator of a partnership or capital company, other than the one established for the exercise of one's professional activity. The requirements must be met by the beneficiary for the entire duration of the contribution period, which starts from the date of submission of the application and ends on the day on which the beneficiary presents the report on the expenditure incurred.

What does it predict

Applications involving interventions aimed at allowing the exercise of a professional activity are eligible for contributions. The following interventions can be financed: 1) expenses for the exercise of the professional activity, purchase of technological equipment functional to carrying out the work activity, furnishings, capital goods, office machines, equipment including IT, software, creation or revision of the website, expenses for the activation of a certified email address and its maintenance, security systems to combat criminal acts (cannot be carried out at the main residence), registration costs for participation in trade fairs, events, events and conferences at national level and international sector relating to the relevant sector, subscriptions to specialized publications and databases, purchase of texts, materials and services relating to advertising and promotional activities, obligations required by law for the exercise of the professional activity, adaptation or renovation of the premises used or to be use for the exercise of the professional activity, if different from the main residence, rental of the premises used for the exercise of the professional activity, if different from the main residence, premium and investigation costs for obtaining guarantees, in the form of sureties, financial charges relating to the execution of the microcredit operation with regard to interest payable and investigation and appraisal costs and expenses connected to coworking services.2) expenses for the purchase and installation of equipment, aids, technological and IT supports and instruments for the use of the working environment and functional to the carrying out of the professional activity, as well as expenses for the purchase of customized equipment and furnishings with functional characteristics for the residual abilities of the people and expenses to overcome serious limitations of mobility (prostheses, technical aids and IT aids, tele-aid signaling instruments, instruments or aids for overcoming architectural barriers (e.g. wheelchairs, stairlifts, fixed ramps, elevators, mini-lifts for indoors or outdoors), modification of the vehicle owned also non-exclusive, with accessories commensurate with the reduced motor capacity of the applicant proven by the registration certificate of the vehicle itself, travel for work activities with return to the place of residence carried out with the accompaniment or assisted transport of the applicant, within the maximum spending limit of 3,000.00 euros, limited to professionals with serious disabilities and on the condition that the accompanying allowance provided for by law is not paid. Expenses envisaged for the levels of assistance regulated by regulatory provisions on health and disability are not permitted if supported, even in part, by other public or private entities) 3) expenditure charges to activate substitution or collaboration relationships of an autonomous nature with another person in possession of the necessary professional requirements to carry out the work entrusted by the applicant: professionals with serious disabilities, who find themselves in a phase of worsening of their health condition such as to temporarily jeopardize the exercise of the professional activity of article 3, paragraph 3 of law 5 February 1992, n. 104, can activate substitution or collaboration relationships of an autonomous nature with another person in possession of the necessary professional requirements to carry out the work activity entrusted to them. The collaboration or replacement relationship can be activated for a maximum duration of 12 months and can be used, even for split periods, during the period of time in which the state of severity of the disease ascertained pursuant to article 4, paragraph 1 exists. of law 104/92.
