The aim is to support and encourage the implementation of new forms of "family friendly" work organization by private companies including ATI/ATS and freelancers, in response to the demand for conciliation of work and life times, and to develop and/or optimize services for the well-being of workers and their families within the Marche production fabric. In particular • support the return to work of female workers by encouraging the harmonization of work times and family care times; • support the dissemination of tools aimed at promoting a virtuous link between company needs and work-life balance needs; • encourage the development of competitiveness models based on the valorization and well-being of human resources as a function of enhancing productivity and quality of work; • stimulate an improvement in the general conditions of well-being of working women; • increase female participation in the labor market, through the activation of services that promote organizational flexibility.
Who is it aimed at?
The call is aimed at Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) registered with the Chamber of Commerce with the following requirements:• be active and have their registered office within the EU at the time of submitting the application;• have a production unit with headquarters intervention subject to the contribution in the territory of the Marche Region at the time of payment; • have at least 3 employees* at the time of submitting the application. Freelance professionals with VAT number operating individually or as a company (associated professional firms) registered with Orders o Professional colleges and their respective social security funds with the following requirements: • Having a deed of incorporation (in the case of associated firms), registered with the Revenue Agency on the date of submission of the application; • having their registered office within the EU at the time of submission of the application and the operational unit headquarters of the intervention subject to the contribution in the territory of the Marche Region at the time of payment; • have at least 3 employees at the time of submitting the application. The project presented must include all or some of the actions listed below and defined on the basis of the analysis of the work-life balance needs of the company's workers, as better specified in the following point: 1. support for the flexibility of working hours through experimentation with working methods such as teleworking or smart working;2. support for the activation of educational services for children 3. support for the activation of services proposed in the context of summer activities, as well as before and after school for children of school age 4. support for the activation of family care services , disabled people (including children), non-self-sufficient elderly people. Recipients of the interventions Women employed on a permanent or temporary basis with children up to 14 years of age and/or family members, disabled people (including children), non-self-sufficient elderly people
What does it predict
The grantable relief is provided under the "DE MINIMIS" regime pursuant to EU Regulation 2023/2831 of 12.13.2023. The «de minimis» aid granted pursuant to this regulation cannot be cumulated on the same eligible costs either with other aid rendered pursuant to the de minimis regulation or with other state aid granted pursuant to Regulation (EU) Regulation no. 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 and subsequent amendments. For companies that provide services of general economic interest, EU regulation 2023/2832 art. 9 "therefore the beneficiary company must therefore receive in written or electronic form an act instructing it to provide the service of general economic interest for which the aid is granted". Internal and external personnel expenses: the eligible cost is quantified with the formula "Staff + 40%" referred to in the art. 56 of EU Reg. 2021/1060. the costs for the purchase of PCs and related necessary accessories are eligible pursuant to the complementarity clause referred to in art. 25.2 of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060. The contribution that can be granted on eligible costs is calculated using the simplified cost options regulated by the reg. EU 2021/1060. the contribution due (Art. 13 notice) will be paid in three tranches as indicated below: A first tranche equal to 45% of the contribution assigned following the communication of the start of the project activities A second tranche (interim payment ) equal to 45% of the assigned contribution, against an expenditure progress equal to at least 80% of the first advance Final balance equal to 10% of the granted contribution
