The decree establishes the operational methods and procedures for the implementation of the interventions necessary for the adaptation of the transmission systems to the new DVB-T2 standard and identifies the beneficiaries and the methods of provision of the economic measures to compensate for the costs incurred for the adaptation of transmission systems to the new DVB-T2 standard, necessary to guarantee the continuity of use of television programs by the population residing in areas in which the infrastructural interventions for the reception of the television signal are not economically sustainable and which do not fall within the coordination zones international.
Who is it aimed at?
Municipalities, mountain communities or other local authorities or consortia of local authorities holding authorization pursuant to art. 27 Legislative Decree 8 November 2021 n. 208
What does it predict
Provision of compensatory economic measures for the adaptation of television transmission systems, within the limit of the available allocation to compensate for 80% of the expenses and, in any case, for an amount not exceeding 10,000 euros, upon presentation of the documented expenses deemed eligible based on the presentation of receipted invoices.
