The announcement, in implementation of the d. GR no. 5646 of 30 November 2021, is intended to incentivize the replacement of the most polluting civil heating systems with low-emission woody biomass systems, in order to combine the need to improve air quality with that of valorising a renewable energy resource. The notice integrates the measure indicated in article 4, paragraph 2, letter B of the Ministerial Decree of 16 February 2016.
Who is it aimed at?
Participation in the tender is permitted only for legal entities (SMEs, including individual businesses) that have submitted the application to the GSE to obtain the contribution provided for by the art. 4, paragraph 2, letter B, of the Ministerial Decree of 16 February 2016, following the approval of this measure by the Regional Council.
What does it predict
Within the limit of the financial allocation, the contribution is granted over the counter. The last admitted financing application may be subject to partial financing if the residual economic resources cannot fully satisfy the request referred to in the grant application. The regional contribution is granted, on a non-repayable basis, in addition to the contribution recognized by the GSE for the same intervention. The integration of the regional contribution, in compliance with the provisions of the ministerial decree of 16.4.2016 (so-called Thermal Account), is arranged in such a way as to reach the coverage of the eligible costs, recognized by the Thermal Account itself, in the following measure: - 65% in case of micro and small businesses, including individual businesses; - 55% in the case of medium businesses. In the case of companies, the regional contribution will be paid until the above percentages are reached, without being graduated on the basis of the emission values of the installed heating system.
