Call for the granting of incentives aimed at the creation of new production sites, or new sites of advanced technological initiatives or expansions or production reconversion programs of already established companies, in any case having significant employment effects.
Who is it aimed at?
Companies located: a) in the industrial agglomerations under the jurisdiction of the local economic development consortia or falling within the areas of industrial districts, as well as in the territory of the Municipality of Cividale del Friuli; b) in the areas intended for industrial and artisanal settlements, or industrial and artisanal settlements mixed with commercial settlements, located in the Municipalities included in the homogeneous zones B and C of socio-economic disadvantage of the mountain territories identified by the Regional Council pursuant to articles 21 and 40 of the regional law of 20 December 2002, n. 33 (Establishment of the mountain districts of Friuli Venezia Giulia), with respect to which the Municipalities have stipulated the agreement provided for by article 62, paragraph 1 bis, of regional law 3/2015; c) in the areas defined by article 82 of the regional law February 22, 2021, n. 3, (Provisions for the modernisation, growth and sustainable development towards a new economy of Friuli Venezia Giulia (Sviluppo Impresa)), including the degraded production complexes; d) in the areas intended for industrial and artisanal settlements located in the Municipalities on whose territory there are industrial agglomerations under the jurisdiction of the consortia, for which the Municipalities have stipulated the agreement provided for by article 62, paragraph 1 bis of regional law 3/2015.
What does it predict
Capital contribution to companies for the construction of new production sites, or new sites of advanced technological initiatives or expansions or production reconversion programs of already established companies, in any case having significant employment effects. Expenses relating to: a. investments relating to costs in tangible and intangible assets, salary costs and costs for the construction of construction works, carried out in assisted areas and in non-assisted areas for regional purposes, as regulated, respectively, by articles 10 and 11 of the Regulation referred to in the DPReg 207/2023;b. de minimis expenses, according to the list in article 12 of the Regulation referred to in DPReg 207/2023;c. investments in environmental protection projects intended for production activities exclusively for self-consumption, broken down into: Investments in energy efficiency other than those relating to buildings, as identified by article 13 of the Regulation referred to in DPReg 207/2023; investments in efficiency energy related to buildings, as identified by article 14 of the Regulation referred to in DPReg 207/2023; investments aimed at promoting the production of energy from renewable sources, renewable hydrogen and high-performance cogeneration, as identified by article 15 of the Regulation referred to in DPReg 207/2023;d. investments in studies and consultancy services regarding environmental protection and energy, pursuant to article 16 of the Regulation referred to in DPReg 207/2023. Aid intensity: variable percentages depending on the size of the company, the type of initiative and the location, as per Annex E of the Regulation referred to in DPReg 207/2023 (on average from 10 to 35%, with incremental values for environmental protection). Characteristics of the investment:• Minimum investment of 500,000 euros;• Employment impact of at least 3 permanent employees;• Introduction of new products or services, or new methods for producing, distributing or using them;• Destination constraint of 3 or 5 years (2 years for hiring);• Eligibility score at least 60 points.
