Non-repayable contributions to companies for the implementation of process and organizational innovation projects.

Who is it aimed at?

The loans are intended for micro, small, medium and large enterprises in the manufacturing and tertiary sectors of Friuli Venezia Giulia that carry out primary or secondary activities consistent with the project presented. Large companies can be beneficiaries of the contribution, as long as they carry out the project in collaboration with SMEs in the form of a "joint project".

What does it predict

Projects aimed at innovating the process and/or organization of the applicant company or at least one partner company can be financed as part of a project carried out in collaboration between companies specifically relating to at least one of the areas of specialization and consistent with at least one of the related development trajectories of the Strategy for smart specialization of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region (S4) indicated in Annex A of the Notice. The projects can be implemented according to one of the following methods: a) independently by a single SME; b) in the form of a "joint project" i.e. in effective collaboration between independent companies, of which none supports more than 70% or less of 10% of the total expenditure and SMEs support at least 30% of the same. This method allows the attribution of an increase in contribution intensity. The projects can have a maximum duration of 18 months, extendable by 6 months under the conditions set out in the announcement and must be started after the submission of the application, no later than 30 days from the communication of the granting of the contribution.
