This is an employment incentive for the employer who hires people in employment difficulty. This difficult condition is considered as a situation of weakness or disadvantage in the labor market also due to a physical or mental disability or social disadvantage.
Who is it aimed at?
Provincial hiring incentives are provided for private employers, excluding domestic workers. To benefit from the incentives it is necessary that the intervention is implemented in favor of employees: - who carry out their work in the headquarters/production unit in the province of Trento; - with residence in the province of Trento at the time of hiring, transformation, of the extension or confirmation of the apprenticeship contract. In the case of incentives for disabled people it is necessary that they are registered in the appropriate provincial list of Trento.
What does it predict
Contribution (of an economic nature) for the employer who hires people who meet the requirements set out in Tables 1,2 and 3 of the Employment Policy Interventions Document (incentives for hiring weak, disadvantaged and disabled individuals)
