Who is it aimed at?

Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, according to the definition given by the Commission recommendation 2003/361/EC of 6 May 2003 and by Annex I of Reg. (EU) no. 651/2014 (for companies), registered with the Chamber of Commerce on 01.31.2020, with local unit and/or registered office in the territory of the Municipality of Parma: - Which intend to start new business initiatives and/or promote development activities and modernization; – operating in particularly disadvantaged sectors from a social and economic point of view, meaning as such, due to the emergency situation described above, the entire city; – provided that they carry out the activity of: retail and wholesale trade in a fixed location and in a public area referred to in the Legislative Decree. n. 114/1998, administration of food and drinks pursuant to LRER n. 14/2003, craftsmanship pursuant to Law 443/1985; accommodation facilities aimed at hospitality pursuant to LRER n. 16/2004, 2.
