IMEX is the most important trade event for the MICE industry at a European level in which national and regional convention bureaux, accommodation facilities/hotel chains and locations for events and conferences, spas and cruises, airlines and event organizers who meet in the 3 days of the fair, meeting planners, agencies specialized in organizing events, international buyers and sector experts. The exhibition format of the Tuscany space at IMEX Frankfurt 2024 will be as follows. - the exhibition area, inside the ENIT Italy pavilion, will be dedicated to the promotion and marketing activities of the Tuscan tourist offer for the Mice Industry and will be organized as follows:- personalized workstations available to tourist operators admitted to participate.
Who is it aimed at?
Tour operators in the MICE sector. If requests for participation are received from a number of Tuscan operators exceeding 4 workstations, a selection will be made among the requesting operators, in order to obtain a panel of companies sufficiently representative of the destination's product portfolio. In this case, requests for participation will be satisfied according to the following criteria:1. Convention & Visitors Bureau:2. aggregation of companies in the MICE segment (participation requests presented by multiple companies in associated form will have priority: both consortia and stable aggregations and companies in joint participation);3. distribution on the regional territory;4. differentiation of the type of operators present;5. order of arrival of registrations;
What does it predict
The co-exhibitors will have a workstation and an appointment diary to meet international buyers according to the Messe Frankfurt/Imex2024 regulations. The participation fee for access as a co-exhibitor representing the Tuscan tourist offer is:• Euro 2,700.00 + VAT 22% reduced participation fee (under de minimis regime)• Euro 5,500.00 + VAT 22% full participation fee The participation fee includes: • Work table with company name • Catalog registration with agenda to meet international buyers • Use of common spaces at the ENIT Italia stand • Shared warehouse Each operator can have only one workstation and one agenda.
