Program for the provision, for permanent and temporary rental at sustainable rents, of public and private real estate assets – Social Housing Axis, line 1 – (HS Line 1). The Call finances building interventions for the redevelopment of public and private real estate, for the construction of housing units to be made available for rent at sustainable rents, implementing the first of the guidelines of the Social Housing axis of the Regional Housing Services Plan 2022- 2024 of the Lombardy Region.

Who is it aimed at?

Private entities (legal entities) who demonstrate adequate solidity and reliability, and public entities who are owners or have full availability (for the entire duration of the housing service covered by the contribution) of the properties to be used for services can access the regional subsidy. social housing and which directly implement the proposed intervention presented. The accommodation candidates for contribution must be located in one of the 133 Lombard municipalities defined as having high housing tension pursuant to the Regional Public Residential Building Program 2014-2016 (dcr 30 July 2014, n. 456), or inserted in territorial contexts which, for the particular characteristics of economic and/or social attractiveness have recorded production or service establishments which have generated repercussions in terms of increased housing needs, which the proponent will have to adequately justify, possibly also with supporting studies and research.
