The call intends to support large events with high attractive-tourism potential with particular reference to the field of communication and promotion.
Eligible subjects
Public and private entities, holders of exclusive rights on the organization of the major event who, on the date of submission of the application, are duly constituted can benefit from the concessions. Natural persons are excluded.
What it finances
- Costs for graphic customization of physical or virtual/multimedia spaces; coordination is envisaged for the visual identity of the brand and the institutional logo, according to the guidelines of the coordinated image of the Lombardy Region;
- photographic services and audio/video recordings functional to the event and/or its future publicity;
- multi-channel communication activities (for example: content for website and social networks, editorial plan, social media, press releases, printed materials, exhibition materials, etc.);
- purchase of advertising spaces (including corners, dedicated desks, etc.), campaigns
sponsorship on social networks.
The call finances events to be held in the years 2024, 2025 and 2026.
Facilitation
The overall financial endowment of the tender is €1,600,000.
The benefit is configured as a non-repayable contribution, equal to 50% of the expenses deemed eligible. In any case, the contribution cannot exceed €40,000 for each event.
Presentation
- year 2024: from 10:00 am on 26 February 2024 to 12:00 pm on 4 September 2024 for events from 26 May 2024 to 3 December 2024;
- year 2025: from 10:00 am on 5 September 2024 to 12:00 pm on 4 September 2025 for events from 4 December 2024 to 3 December 2025;
- year 2026: from 10:00 am on 5 September 2025 to 12:00 pm on 4 September 2026 for events from 4 December 2025 to 3 December 2026.
