The Intervention provides support for tangible or intangible investments aimed at the transformation, marketing and/or development of agricultural products referred to in Annex I of the TFEU. Investments must be aimed at creating, modernizing and rationalizing the production structures dedicated to the transformation and marketing of agricultural products, improving quality standards, developing new products and tackling new market segments.
Who is it aimed at?
The beneficiaries of this announcement are agro-industrial companies, ATECO code 10 and 11, and single or associated agricultural companies operating in the territory of the Sinis GAL. Companies that only carry out marketing activities cannot access the aid.
What does it predict
The following interventions are eligible:a. investments for the renovation, restoration and conservative rehabilitation of real estate; b. investments for the purchase of movable assets;c. intangible investments: acquisition or development of computer programs (including websites and other IT solutions) and acquisitions of patents, licenses, copyrights, trademarks. Only in the case of agricultural companies, the aforementioned investments are eligible even if aimed at the creation of spaces equipped for the retail sale of company products
