The action aims to strengthen and interconnect the accommodation offer and the territorial services connected to it from a qualitative and quantitative point of view. The priority of this announcement is to support the creation or improvement of Bed and Breakfasts (B&Bs). The intervention will specifically support investments that affect the creation and strengthening of activities aimed at guaranteeing hospitality also through the valorisation of the material and intangible resources of the cultural, environmental, historical and archaeological heritage in the territory of the GAL SGT.
Who is it aimed at?
The beneficiaries of this announcement are natural persons. The intervention in question supports the improvement of existing B&B structures or the creation of new activities, pursuant to art. 16, paragraph 1, LR 16/2017: "Bed & breakfast means the occasional activity of hospitality and administration of breakfast carried out in the home of residence and habitual domicile through its normal family management to be carried out in no more than three rooms and with a maximum of ten beds, plus a possible extra bed per room in the case of children under twelve years of age, without the provision of additional services and without organization in the form of a business".
What does it predict
The contribution is equal to 90% for existing activities and new activities, and the support is granted in the form of a capital contribution.
