These are incentives for the permanent hiring of unemployed individuals for four to twelve consecutive months, for the fixed-term hiring, lasting at least six months, of people who have reached the age of sixtieth and who are unemployed. for at least four consecutive months and for the fixed-term hiring of women and young people between 18 and 34 years of age who have been unemployed for at least four consecutive months for at least twelve months.

Who is it aimed at?

Companies and their consortia, associations, foundations and individuals carrying out freelance professions in an individual, associated or corporate form, cooperatives and their consortia.

What does it predict

Applications must be submitted from 10.00 am on 02/01 to 12.00 pm on 31/08 of each year unless closed early. For a permanent hire or full-time stabilization there is a basic incentive of €5,000.00 credited by bank transfer to the requesting company; the basic amount can be increased by €2,000.00 in the case of hiring and stabilizing women with at least one child up to the age of five. The incentive can be further increased by €2,000.00 if the employer has a company welfare measure (flexibility of working hours, hour bank, company or affiliated nursery). For a full-time fixed-term hiring, the incentive is equal to €2,500.00. An increase of €2,500.00 is also envisaged if the hiring or stabilization concerns individuals who are members of a single-parent family unit in which at least one minor child is included. In the case of a part-time contract equal to at least 70 percent, the contribution is redetermined.
