Things

Implementation of information and training interventions to: - increase the level of safety in companies by spreading the culture and principles relating to health and safety in the workplace and accompanying them towards advanced prevention and OSH models beyond legal obligations; - improve the quality of working life in companies by spreading the culture and principles relating to CSR and corporate welfare and accompanying them towards new implementation or corporate models (benefit companies), even experimental ones; - increase the wealth of knowledge of the workers' representatives for safety, of the workers' representatives for territorial safety and workers' representatives for the safety of production sites; - raise awareness among companies on the issues of irregular work, vulnerable subjects and gender safety; - consequently make local companies more attractive for workers; - increase the safety of students in curricular and extracurricular internship paths through specific training of company tutors and training bodies. 

Who is it aimed at?

The main recipients are: the employed population, the representatives of workers' trade union organizations and employers' associations or of the regional partnership of associations and NGOs/social enterprises.

What does it predict

The activities to be carried out on the territory of the Region with respect to PS 5/23 are the following: Seminars, workshops/focus groups for entrepreneurs and workers of companies in the regional territory, representatives of workers' trade union organizations and employers' associations or partnerships regional associations and NGOs/social enterprises, on the issues of corporate welfare and corporate social responsibility, in order to promote culture on these issues and positive actions in this sense. Coaching actions for the benefit of companies for the implementation of advanced models of corporate welfare and CSR and/or corporate welfare (benefit companies), also to create a more favorable environment for the inclusion of particularly vulnerable targets. These actions take the form of training activities aimed at key figures in companies. Final report of the interventions that capitalizes on the good practices that have emerged and highlights the needs and requirements for CSR and corporate welfare actions in the regional territory. The activities to be carried out on the territory of the Region with respect to PS 6/23 are the following: Seminars, workshops/focus groups for entrepreneurs and workers of companies in the regional territory, representatives of workers' trade union organizations and employers' associations or partnerships regional association and NGOs/social enterprises, on the issues of health and safety in the workplace, in order to promote culture on these issues and positive actions in this sense. A particular focus is intended on the prevention and emergence of illegal work. Coaching actions for the benefit of companies for the implementation of advanced prevention and health and safety models in the workplace, beyond legal obligations. These actions take the form of training activities aimed at key figures in companies. Training courses on health and safety in the workplace aimed at workers' representatives for safety (rls), workers' representatives for territorial safety (rlst) and workers' representatives for production site safety (rlss) beyond legal obligations. Training courses on health and safety in the workplace aimed at company tutors of curricular and extracurricular internships. These courses must be centered on the topics related to the specific task and also include relational and psychological aspects. Training courses on health and safety in the workplace aimed at tutors of entities accredited in the Region and training providers, involved in curricular and extracurricular internships. These courses must be centered on the topics related to the specific task and also include relational and psychological aspects.
