Things

Non-repayable contribution to young professionals to encourage professional experiences abroad, lasting no more than twenty-four months, to be carried out through internships, practicums, fixed-term employment relationships and collaborations with professional firms, companies, public bodies or structures or private The amount of the overall contribution granted to the same beneficiary cannot exceed the maximum limit of 15,000.00 euros. The amount of the contribution is equal to: - 60% of the eligible expenses, if the gross monthly salary or compensation is less than 1,000.00 euros - 40% of the eligible expenses, if the gross monthly salary or compensation is between 1001.00 euros and 1,500.00 euros - 20% of the eligible expenses, if the gross monthly salary or compensation is between 1,501.00 euros and 2,000.00 euros - 10% of the eligible expenses, if the salary or compensation gross monthly amount is between 2,001.00 euros and 2,500.00 euros. The expense incurred for the language course does not contribute to determining the eligible expenses on which the contribution must be calculated and is recognized in the amount equal to 100% of the eligible expense which cannot exceed 1,000.00 euros. The contribution application can be submitted twice, before reaching the age of 36, until the maximum contribution limit of €15,000.00 is reached. Applications must be submitted before the start of the employment or collaboration relationship. The second contribution application can be submitted only after the reporting relating to the first application has been submitted to the office. The contribution application must be submitted with stamp duty (16.00 euros) exclusively via a dedicated electronic system accessible from the FVG Region website (see link on this page under "Institutional Link").

Who is it aimed at?

- Professionals regularly registered with professional orders or colleges. - Non-professionals who are members of associations included in the regional register provided for by art. 4 of LR 13/2004.- Non-professionals registered with a professional association included, pursuant to law 14 January 2013, n. 4 (Provisions regarding unorganized professions), in the list of professional associations that issue the service quality certificate, published by the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy on its website. The applicant must: - have residence, tax domicile, registered office or operational headquarters in Friuli Venezia Giulia - be aged no more than 35 years - carry out exclusively a free and professional activity Furthermore, the applicant must not be a permanent employee, company collaborator family member, artisan, trader, direct farmer, owner of an individual business, director of a partnership or capital company. The above requirements must be possessed by the beneficiary for the entire duration of the contribution period, which starts from the date of submission of the application and ends ends on the day on which the beneficiary submits the report of the expenditure incurred. The age requirement must be met exclusively at the time of submission of the contribution application.

What does it predict

Only expenses incurred after the date of submission of the application are eligible for contribution, referring to professional experience which must: - be directly linked to the professional activity carried out and aimed at enhancing the knowledge and skills of the professional - have a duration not exceeding twenty-four months - be achieved through internships, internships, fixed-term employment relationships or collaborations with professional firms, companies, public or private bodies or structures. The employment relationship or collaboration relationship must: - result from a written contract , in the case of an employment relationship, or by a written agreement in the case of a collaboration relationship, indicating the remuneration or remuneration, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties - comply with national laws on labor and protection social of the place where the professional experience was carried out abroad. Professional experiences are excluded: - carried out in Italy, even if the employment or collaboration relationship is in place with professional firms, companies, public or private bodies or structures with headquarters in Italy. abroad - which provide for a salary or a gross monthly compensation, even in a currency other than the euro, exceeding euro 2,500.00 gross per month. The following expenses are eligible for contribution: - expenses for the preliminary interview, preparatory to the signing of the employment contract or collaboration relationship, which include a return journey by plane, train or bus to the location closest to the location where the employment or collaboration relationship, as well as the mobility allowance, referring exclusively to the number of days in which the job interview takes place - expenses for staying abroad for the execution of the employment or collaboration relationship, which include which include a return journey by plane, train or bus to the location closest to the place where the employment or collaboration relationship takes place, as well as the mobility allowance, referring exclusively to the number of days in which the employment relationship takes place or the collaboration relationship, counted from the start date to the end date of the same - expenses for attending language courses, carried out exclusively abroad, up to a maximum limit of €1,000.00 - bonus and investigation costs for obtaining of guarantees, in the form of sureties, issued in the interest of the beneficiary professional by banks or insurance institutions. The mobility allowance is determined on a flat-rate basis, calculated with reference to the foreign country in which the preliminary interview and/or the employment relationship takes place work or collaboration (Annex A of DP Reg 032/Pres./ 2020) and the duration of the relationship itself, expressed in days.
