This is a contributory measure aimed at capital contributions and subsidized loans to companies that organize themselves for the implementation, in a joint and integrated form, of projects that pursue at least one of the following objectives: a) creation of economies of scale or scope ;b) creation of greater efficiency and competitiveness in the production or commercial sphere, also through promotion or marketing interventions and interventions aimed at raising the quality standards of food products and animal welfare on farms. A minimum number of seven companies must participate in the projects, of which at least one production, one transformation, one marketing and at most one transport.
Who is it aimed at?
The contributory measure is aimed at companies participating in the projects that must participate in the establishment of entities such as, by way of example, companies, temporary business associations or business networks, which take on the task of representing the companies themselves and of facilitating and coordinating the implementation of projects. In the case of consortium companies or members of cooperatives, this requirement is also satisfied through participation in the establishment of the aforementioned entity by the consortium or cooperative.
What does it predict
The contributory measure provides for the granting of aid in de minimis, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2023/2831, to SMEs with economic production units located in the regional territory and, if cooperatives, registered in the regional register of cooperatives referred to in the article 3 of the regional law 3 December 2007, n. 27 (Organic regulations regarding the promotion and supervision of the cooperative sector). the contribution application is accompanied by the following documentation: a) the descriptive report of the project signed by all the legal representatives of the participating companies; b) the aid applications of the individual companies, with the distinction between the sums requested as capital contributions and subsidized financing, accompanied by cost estimates; c) the summary statement of the applications for capital contributions and subsidized financing, signed by all legal representatives of the participating companies; d) the documentation proving the possession of the requirements referred to in paragraphs 4 and 5 by each company; e) the "de minimis" declarations
