This is a contributory measure in favor of young people and businesses run by young people who undertake to maintain their residence in the mountains, capital contributions for projects for the establishment or development of businesses operating in at least one of the following activities in mountain areas: a ) production of agricultural products, livestock farming and related activities; b) transformation of agricultural products also into non-agricultural products; c) marketing of agricultural products.
Who is it aimed at?
The contributory measure is aimed at young people and businesses run by young people. The following is meant: a) young person: the adult person under the age of forty-one; b) business run by young people: the business managed and run by a young person or, in the case of a company, the business made up of young people, for over half the number of members and participation fees; c) mountain area: the municipalities and inhabited centers of zones B and C of socio-economic disadvantage identified by the resolution of the Regional Council no. 3303 of 31 October 2000
What does it predict
Contributions are granted to support the following eligible expenses: a) purchase and sale of land; b) purchase, sale, construction or improvement of real estate; c) arrangement of agricultural land available to the company; d) purchase and sale of machinery and equipment; and ) sale of animals; f) sale and planting of plants; g) promotion expenses; h) technical, general and administrative expenses related to those referred to in letters a), b) and d); i) management expenses company within the limit of thirty percent of the total expenses recognized as eligible. The contribution application is submitted, via PEC, starting from 1 February 2020, to the central management responsible for agriculture, accompanied by the following documentation: a) descriptive report of the investment project; b) preliminary project and metric calculation in the case of construction or improvement of real estate; c) cost estimates; d) young people's commitment to maintain residence in the mountain area for at least five years from the date indicated in the decree granting the contribution; e) "de minimis" declaration
