The Notice is aimed at increasing the skills of the workforce employed in the provincial territory. The support will be directed at training actions aimed at increasing the skills of the workforce. Training interventions aimed at promoting and improving the continuous training of workers are eligible for public funding, guaranteeing their access to skills strengthening and/or professional retraining interventions aimed at adapting their capabilities based on the needs of the company and the market.
Who is it aimed at?
The proponents who will be able to submit project proposals are companies. The addressees of this notice are exclusively the employees hired, who are also in the redundancy fund, of micro, small, medium and large enterprises having an employment contract at an operational headquarters/production unit located in the territory of the autonomous province of Bolzano. In particular, employees with permanent or fixed-term private law employment contracts (in both cases full-time or part-time) are considered eligible for the purposes of this notice.
What does it predict
Group training activities in the classroom or laboratory and individualized training activities limited in percentage.
