The notice is aimed at increasing the skills of the workforce employed in the provincial territory. The support will be directed at training actions aimed at increasing the skills of the workforce.

Who is it aimed at?

The recipients of this Notice are workers of micro, small, medium and large enterprises, who are also in the Redundancy Fund, active at an operational headquarters/production unit located in the territory of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano. The proposing subjects who will be able to submit project proposals are: - Companies; - Training bodies, already accredited or which have submitted an application for accreditation by the deadline of the Notice itself; - Temporary association of companies (ATI) or vertical association (ATS) (already established or to be established with approved financing), Consortia, EEIG, business networks, associated companies pursuant to art. 2359 cc, Temporary public-private association (ATPP) and non-independent entities.

What does it predict

Training interventions aimed at promoting and improving the continuous training of workers are eligible for public funding, guaranteeing their access to skills strengthening and/or professional requalification interventions aimed at adapting their capabilities based on the needs of the company and the market.
