The incentive provides for the granting of contributions to municipal administrations, economic operators, owners of properties to be used for the exercise of the widespread hotel business and local associations for the implementation of unitary projects aimed at the creation of widespread hotels or the strengthening of existing ones , pursuant to article 35, paragraph 7 of regional law 22 February 2021, n. 3.

What does it predict
The incentive provides for the granting of contributions: - in the context of unitary projects for the creation of widespread hotels or for the strengthening of existing ones even in urban contexts characterized by the presence of buildings to be redeveloped: - in the context of villages that can constitute elements of attractiveness for tourism development. Specifically, the financing of the following interventions is envisaged: a) modernization for the purpose of recovery and valorisation of existing private and public properties for the construction or adaptation of housing units to be used as a widespread hotel; b) modernization of the office of the reception office and the common use room of the existing widespread hotel or construction of the reception office and the common use room of the new widespread hotel through modernization for the purposes of recovery and valorisation of existing private and public property; c) construction , by the municipal administrations, of functional street furniture infrastructure works and closely linked to the widespread hotel initiative.
