The public notice has as its object the granting of non-repayable contributions from the Marginal Municipalities Support Fund referred to in the Prime Ministerial Decree of 30 September 2021, published in the Official Journal no. 296 of 14.12.2021, relating to the 2022 year, for the following intervention category: – Intervention category “A”: Art. 2, paragraph 2, letter. b) of the Prime Ministerial Decree of 09.30.2021.
Who is it aimed at?
Start-up of new commercial, artisanal and agricultural activities or already existing activities that undertake new economic activities, provided they have an operational unit located in the territory of the municipality of Tuglie. What does it predict
The total amount of the funds made available with this announcement is equal to 51,050.59 euros (fifty-one thousand and fifty/59) based on the portion of the second year (2022) of the Marginal Mutual Fund referred to in the Prime Ministerial Decree of 30 September 2021, published in the Gazzetta Official, general series, n. 296 of 14.12.2021. The benefits covered by this Notice are granted pursuant to and within the limits of Regulation (EU) no. 1407/2013 of the Commission, of 18 December 2013, relating to the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to «de minimis» aid, of Regulation (EU) no. 1408/2013 of the Commission, of 18 December 2013, relating to the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to «de minimis» aid in the agricultural sector and of Regulation (EU) no. 717/2014 of the Commission, of 27 June 2014, relating to the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to "de minimis" aid in the fishing and aquaculture sector. The amount of the fund will be divided proportionately among all those entitled, based on the number of requests received and the amount of eligible expenses.
