Things

The resources are used by Confidi for the granting of guarantees in favor of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, as defined by the European Commission recommendation 2003/361/EC of 6 May 2003 (hereinafter "Beneficiaries"), in relation to financial operations, both on debt capital and on risk capital, permitted by current regulations and relevant to the performance of their economic activity.

Who is it aimed at?

Beneficiaries who, on the date of granting of the guarantee by the Confidi, can obtain the guarantees: - are active and registered in the business register; - have operational headquarters in the Region; - do not present the characteristics of a company in difficulty as defined from Article 2, point 18) of Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014 of the Commission of 17 June 2014

What does it predict

a) guarantees issued on loans with a duration of no less than 6 months, to be repaid even without a repayment plan, with installments lasting no longer than 12 months; b) guarantees granted directly to the Beneficiaries. The guarantee request must be presented to the regional risk fund management consortiums: Fidi Nord Est, Cofidi Veneto, Veneto Garanzie, Neafi, Fiditurismo &impresa and Italiacomfidi.
