The measure "Energy contribution to entities registered in the third sector register" - promoted by the Ministry of Labor - recognizes a non-repayable contribution for the increase in electricity and natural gas costs incurred in the first three quarters of 2022 compared to the same period of 2021. The platform for sending applications is managed by Invitalia. The financial envelope is 98.5 million euros. The contribution can reach a maximum of 30,000 euros for each ETS applicant and is granted within the limits of the de minimis Regulation (Regulation (EU) no. 1407/2013.
Who is it aimed at?
The benefits are aimed at Third Sector entities registered in the single national Third Sector Register and active in the period to which the request refers. In more detail, the following can benefit from the measure: entities registered in the single national register of the Third Sector referred to in art. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 117/2017, voluntary organizations (ODV) still involved in the transmigration process referred to in article 54 of Legislative Decree no. 117/2017, social promotion associations (APS) still involved in the transmigration process referred to in article 54 of Legislative Decree no. 117/2017, non-profit organizations of social utility (ONLUS) referred to in the legislative decree of 4 December 1997, n. 460, registered in the relevant registry of civilly recognized religious bodies referred to in art. 4, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree no. 117/2017
What does it predict
The measure recognizes an extraordinary contribution for the increase in electricity and natural gas costs incurred in the first three quarters of 2022 compared to the same period of 2021. The utilities covered by the application must be registered in the name of the requesting body or the public administration that has granted the property to which they refer. However, it is the requesting body that must bear the payment.
