The notice is aimed at providing a timely response to small and micro-enterprises also in order to face the difficulties related to the Covid-19 epidemic, simplifying the times and complexity of the investigation and disbursement process according to the direction in this sense pursuant to the Prime Ministerial Decree of 09/24/2020 referred to. The notice guarantees compliance with the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination as enshrined in article 7 of Regulation (EU) no. 1303 of 17 December 2013 and sustainable development referred to in article 8 of the same Regulation. The total amount of the funds made available with this notice is equal to €23,879.00 based on the portion of the second annuity (year 2021) referred to in the Prime Ministerial Decree mentioned above
Who is it aimed at?
The beneficiaries of this notice are small and micro-enterprises - referred to in the decree of the Ministry of Economic Development of 18 April 2005 (*) - which: a) carry out, at the date of submission of the application, economic activities in the commercial and artisanal sector through a operational unit located in the territory of the Municipality of Chiaromonte, or undertake new economic activities in the municipal territory (those who at the date of this notice, if not owners of the operational unit, have stipulated a regular rental contract); b) are duly established and registered in the Register of Commercial Companies or, in the case of artisanal enterprises, in the Register of artisanal enterprises at the time of submission of the application; c) are not in a state of liquidation or bankruptcy and are not subject to bankruptcy or preventive composition proceedings.
What does it predict
The economic measure of this Notice is to be understood as a non-repayable contribution for the total amount of €. 23,879.00 to be divided equally among all candidate and admitted companies. The maximum limit of the grant that can be granted is represented, for each company, by the overall total of the expenses declared and actually incurred in the reference period
