is aimed at providing a timely response to small and micro businesses also in order to deal with the difficulties they have had as a result of the COVID19 epidemic, simplifying the times and complexity of the investigation and disbursement process according to the direction in this sense pursuant to the Prime Ministerial Decree referred to above. The Notice guarantees compliance with the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination as enshrined in Article 7 of Regulation (EU) no. 1303 of 17 December 2013 and sustainable development referred to in article 8 of the same Regulation.
Who is it aimed at?
The beneficiaries are small and micro businesses - referred to in the decree* of the Ministry of Economic Development of 18 April 2005 - which: • on the date of submission of the application, have their registered office and carry out economic activities in the commercial and artisanal sector (registered in register of artisan businesses) through an operational unit (local unit), in Vignale Monferrato; • are duly established and registered in the Business Register or, in the case of artisan businesses, in the Register of craft businesses and are active at the time of submission of the application; • are not in a state of liquidation or bankruptcy and are not subject to bankruptcy procedures bankruptcy or composition with creditors; • they are up to date with the fulfillment of contributory, social security and welfare obligations according to current legislative provisions, DURC regularity; • they are up to date with the payment of local taxes, contractual debts and administrative sanctions against of the Municipal Administration of Vignale Monferrato on the date of issue of the provision assigning the contribution; • have no disputes of any kind with the Municipality of Vignale Monferrato.
What does it predict
GRANT OF CONTRIBUTIONS: a) provision of non-repayable contributions for management expenses; b) initiatives that facilitate the restructuring, modernization, expansion through product and process innovation of artisanal and commercial activities, including technological innovations induced by the digitalization of online marketing and distance selling processes, through the attribution to companies of capital contributions or provision of non-repayable contributions for the purchase of machinery, systems, furnishings and various equipment, for intangible investments, for masonry and plant works necessary for the installation and connection of the machinery and new production plants acquired.
