The tender, in implementation of the "Support Fund for economic activities of marginal municipalities", is aimed at supporting the economic system of the Municipality of Sorano.
Who is it aimed at?
The following can access the contribution: - "new economic activities" that undertake commercial, artisanal or agricultural activities through an operational unit located in the territory of the municipality of Sorano; - companies duly established and registered in the business register as long as they undertake a "new activity economic" after the publication of this Notice; - those who intend to transfer their residence and habitual residence to the municipality of Sorano. The contribution is granted as a competition for the purchase costs with a sale agreement or deed of sale stipulated on a date subsequent to the publication of this notice and for the renovation of properties to be used as a main residence, with building documents presented to the Municipality of Sorano in date following the publication of this notice.
What does it predict
The provision of non-repayable contributions for investment expenses is envisaged.
