This Notice is aimed at promoting social cohesion and economic development, at counteracting the phenomenon of depopulation and the lack of attractiveness due to the reduced offer of tangible and intangible services to people and economic activities. It is aimed at granting contributions from the Marginal Municipal Fund for the start-up of commercial, artisanal and agricultural activities or new economic activities in the Municipality of Guasila.
Who is it aimed at?
The beneficiaries of this Notice are: a) companies duly established and registered in the business register that undertake a new commercial, artisanal or agricultural activity through an operational unit located in the municipal territory after the publication of this notice. By new economic activity we mean the activation of new additional ATECO codes; in this case, only expenses relating to the production unit used for the activity of the new ATECO code and which can be uniquely traced back to the new activity are eligible for financing. . b) existing commercial, artisanal or agricultural activities that start a new economic activity in the municipal territory through a specific production unit.
What does it predict
This Notice provides for the provision of non-repayable contributions and the financeable expenses are as follows: a) MACHINERY, SYSTEMS, FURNISHINGS AND EQUIPMENT, brand new, including those necessary for the proponent's management activity and excluding those relating to the activity of representation; mobile vehicles, individually identifiable and exclusively serving the production unit covered by the concessions, strictly necessary for the production cycle; technological instrumentation; machinery and equipment aimed at carrying out sanitation and sanitization interventions in working environments and those relating to the introduction of new methods of work organization in production sites and/or in external relations, aimed at reducing the impact of Covid-19. The production cycle is to be understood in the broadest sense, not limited to the production phase tout court but also inherent to the phases upstream and downstream of the same.b) MASONRY AND SYSTEM WORKS, strictly necessary for the installation and connection of the acquired machinery and of the new production plants, as well as the construction and plant works connected to the introduction of new ways of organizing work (including smart working.c) COMPUTER PROGRAMS, commensurate with the production and management needs of the proposer;d) CONSULTANCY SERVICES and equivalent used exclusively for purposes of realizing the investment project. The consultancy services must necessarily be acquired from external sources; e) INSURANCE POLICIES. f) OTHER MANAGEMENT EXPENSES connected to the start-up of the new business such as, by way of example, compulsory training courses duly certified and whose expense documents refer to the period of publication of the notice, consumer goods strictly linked to the start of the business etc. These expenses are allowed up to a limit of 20% of the eligible investment of the entire project;
