Who is it aimed at?
Companies that possess the following characteristics at the time of submitting the application can benefit from this notice: – existing activities based outside the Municipality of Castroreale, which undertake to start a new local unit in the Municipality of Castroreale within 30 days from the date of eligibility for the contribution; – activities started in the Castroreale area within 45 days prior to the publication of the notice or to be started within 30 days of the communication of eligibility for the contribution. In the event that the applicant already owns an activity in the Municipality of Castroreale and intends to implement it, with the opening of a further ATECO code, he can request the contribution, which cannot exceed 30% of that established for the start-up of new activity, if at least one of the following cases occurs: 1) the new activity is carried out in a different real estate unit than the previous one; 2) at least one new employee is hired in relation to the activity to be carried out; 3) must not be in a state of dissolution, liquidation, bankruptcy, composition with creditors or other insolvency proceedings provided for by bankruptcy law.
