Contributions from the Marginal Municipal Fund, in order to carry out support interventions for populations residing in disadvantaged municipalities, for each of the years from 2021 to 2023.
Who is it aimed at?
The call is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as defined in Annex I of Regulation (EU) no. 651/2014 and subsequent amendments, from Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC of 6 May 2003, published in the Official Journal of the European Union L 124 of 20 May 2003, implemented by Decree of the Minister of Productive Activities of 18 April 2005 (GU n. 238 of 12 October 2005), who: – Undertake a new economic activity after the publication of this notice with an operational headquarters in the Municipality of Saracena. Existing businesses that start a new economic activity in the municipal area through a specific production unit can also benefit from the resources. Financing cannot be provided to economic activities already established in the territory of the Municipality which simply transfer their headquarters to the same municipal territory. It is also specified that those who have already benefited from the same contribution in the previous year will contribute in the same amount only and exclusively in the case of any residual sums following the distribution of the same among the new proponents; - They are not in difficulty, according to the definition referred to in the art. 2 par. 18 of Regulation (EU) no. 651/2014 (and subsequent amendments); - They are duly incorporated and registered in the business register; - They are not in a state of liquidation or bankruptcy and are not subject to bankruptcy or composition with creditors procedures;
What does it predict
Granting of contributions for the start-up of commercial, artisanal and agricultural activities through an operational unit located in the territories of the municipalities, or which undertake new economic activities in the aforementioned municipal territories and are duly established and registered in the business register;
