The objective of the intervention is to establish new commercial, artisanal and agricultural activities within its territory, granting a one-off non-refundable economic contribution for the start-up of commercial, artisanal and agricultural activities through a unit operational located in the municipal territory of Ceglie Messapica, or undertake new economic activities in the aforementioned territory, duly established and registered in the business register.
Who is it aimed at?
The beneficiaries are the "new economic activities" that undertake commercial, artisanal or agricultural activities through an operational unit located in the territory of the Municipality of Ceglie Messapica. By "new economic activities" we mean: - Activities established after the publication of this notice; - Companies which at the time of submission of the application are duly established and registered in the business register as long as they undertake a "new economic activity" after the publication of this notice. By "new economic activity" we also mean the activation of new and additional ATECO codes. Existing businesses that start a new economic activity in the municipal area through a specific production unit can also benefit from the resources.
What does it predict
The attribution to companies of non-repayable capital account contributions is envisaged for the purchase of machinery, systems, furnishings and various equipment, for intangible investments, for masonry and plant works strictly necessary for the installation and connection of the machinery and of the new production plants acquired. In particular, the eligible expenses are those specified below: - Machinery, systems, equipment, including those necessary for the proponent's management activity; mobile vehicles, individually identifiable and exclusively serving the local unit covered by the concessions; technological instrumentation aimed at implementing work in smart working mode; - Building and plant works carried out in the premises where the production activity takes place and strictly necessary for the installation and connection of the acquired machinery and new production plants, as well as the works construction and plant engineering related to the introduction of new ways of organizing work (including smart working), up to a maximum of 10%; - IT programs, commensurate with the production and management needs of the proponent; - Consulting services and professional services used exclusively for the purposes of carrying out the investment project. Consulting services must necessarily be acquired from external sources and within a maximum limit of 10%. The maximum grant that can be granted is €19,779.40. In the event of savings detected during the grant admission phase, the remaining resources will be redistributed pro rata among those admitted (in proportion to the amounts of the projects), up to the expense of the individual project. This procedure may derogate from the maximum grantable contribution limit indicated above.
