Things

The incentive provides benefits in the form of subsidized financing for small and medium-sized businesses with operational headquarters in the Province of Belluno. In a first phase, the fund accompanies the financing with a non-repayable grant for an amount not exceeding 10% of the cost of the initiative admitted and implemented in the case of medium-sized enterprises, 15% in the case of small enterprises and 18% in the case of case of new businesses and professionals. The characteristic of the subsidy is the sharing of risk between the financing institution affiliated with the regional finance company and the region with reference to the subsidized loan. The region therefore acts as a co-financier. The grant, which is limited to investments and new businesses born in the provincial territory, is granted up to a maximum of €50,000.00. For the payment of non-repayable contributions, a ceiling of resources equal to 4,000,000.00 euros (four million/00) has been established.

Who is it aimed at?

1. Artisan and non-artisan SMEs, also established as cooperatives, operating in the following sectors: A01.61, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I55, I56, J, K66, L68, M69, M70, M71, M72, M73, M74.10, M74.20, M74.30, M74.90, M75.00, N77, N78, N79, N80, N81, N82, P85, Q87; Q88; R90;2. Artisan SMEs operating in all sectors;3. Cooperative SMEs operating in all sectors.

What does it predict

1. Subsidized financing;2. Facilitated financial leasing ("subsidized leasing"). This technical form can only be activated for initiatives aimed at making investments which take the form of the acquisition, with redemption obligation, of production plants, equipment and machinery. For these operations, the maximum eligible expense is represented by the purchase cost net of VAT and initial fee. 3. Subsidized financing plus "Mixed form" contribution. This technical form consists of a subsidized loan or financial lease to which a non-repayable contribution is added. 4. In the case of new businesses registered with the CCIA and Professionals with tax domicile in the Province of Belluno for no more than 24 months: mixed form, consisting of a subsidized loan or financial lease to which a non-repayable contribution is added. The subsidized loans can also concern the current management of the company. In this case the amounts of the intervention are between €20,000.00 - €250,000.00 and do not benefit from the contribution/subsidy as the latter is linked only to investments.
