A state fund that grants guarantees on financing for sports facilities and major international sporting events.
Who is it aimed at?
Subjects of a private nature, mainly amateur sports associations and clubs, businesses, moral bodies, sports federations, associated sports disciplines, sports promotion bodies, foundations, universities, public bodies other than local authorities.
What does it predict
The guarantee is granted to entities of all sizes and covers up to 80% of the loan with a maximum guarantee amount of €5,000,000.00 and a maximum duration of 25 years. The annual cost is equal to 0.25% (or 0.35%) of the guaranteed amount, free for FSN and DSA. The investigation costs are equal to €150.00. The acquisition of CONI's opinion on the project of the sports facility subject to the intervention, the financial statements/reports of the beneficiary entity and the business plan of the investment is envisaged. The facility subject to the financing must remain available to the beneficiary entity for the entire duration of the loan/guarantee The evaluation is made on the basis of scores calculated on the last two approved financial statements
