The Fund was established by budget law 197/2022 and has the aim of containing the negative effects caused by price increases in the electricity and natural gas sectors, granting relief to a small sector of excellence, that of artistic ceramics and Murano artistic glass.

The Fund is aimed at companies operating in the artistic ceramic and/or artistic glass sector of Murano (municipality of Venice).
What does it predict
The measure provides for a non-repayable contribution granted pursuant to and within the limits of the European Commission Communication of 23 March 2022 (2022/C 131 I/01) concerning the temporary crisis framework for State aid measures to support the economy following Russia's aggression against Ukraine, published in the Official Journal of the European Union No. C 131I of 24 March 2022.
