The public notice provides for the provision of non-repayable contributions to support trade and craftsmanship provided by the national fund to support economic, artisanal and commercial activities in the municipality of Montefiorino. The total amount of funds made available with this notice amounts to €. 25,904 equal to the fee for the second year - Year 2021.
Who is it aimed at?
Micro businesses carried out in the commercial and artisanal sectors referred to in the Decree of the Ministry of Economic Development of 18.05.2005, identified as follows in the art., are eligible to benefit from the contribution. 7 and with the co-presence of the following requirements: a) carry out, on the date of submission of the application, economic activities in the craft and trade sector envisaged by the relevant sector regulations, with registered office and an operational unit located in the territory of the Municipality of Montefiorino; b) are duly established and registered in the business register or, in the case of artisan businesses in the artisan business register, and are active at the time of submission of the application as well as at the time of definitive granting of the contribution; c) are not in state of liquidation or bankruptcy and are not subject to bankruptcy or composition with creditors procedures; d) are not, at the date of submission of the application, in a debtor position towards the Municipality of Montefiorino in relation to the economic activity which is the subject of the request for contribution , or that they have agreed with the Municipality on the regularization of their position; e) they are in compliance with the fulfillment of their contributions, social security and insurance obligations (DURC); failure of the DURC to submit the application will result in the application not being admitted; 2. have legal representatives, administrators (with or without powers of representation) and members for whom there are no causes of prohibition, forfeiture or suspension provided for by art.67 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2011 n.159 (Code of anti-mafia laws); 3. Furthermore, the following are eligible: - micro businesses that take over a previous business, provided they meet the requirements listed above; - micro businesses that have started a new business during the 2021 financial year; - businesses that have already been beneficiaries of the contribution for the first annuity (2020). The supporting documents already considered in the application relating to the year 2020 are therefore not valid for the purposes of this contribution. Agricultural entrepreneurs, without prejudice to the requirements set out in Article 4 of the Prime Ministerial Decree, can be recipients of contributions exclusively for carrying out commercial activities connected to agricultural activity.
What does it predict
The economic support action consists in the provision of non-repayable contributions for management costs incurred by the requesting company, exceeding €. 2,000.00, with exclusive reference to expenses for: - expenses for electricity and gas/pellets/wood or other fuel for heating/production systems, as well as for water utilities; - expenses relating to TARI; - expenses relating to IMU; - expenses for the payment of rental fees for the premises where the activity for which the contribution is requested is carried out - administrative expenses relating to bookkeeping.
