Contribution in favor of small and medium-sized artisan and commercial enterprises as a one-off non-refundable grant based on the decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of 09/24/2020 (GU no. 302 of 12/04/2020).
Who is it aimed at?
The beneficiaries of this Notice are small and micro businesses - referred to in the decree of the Ministry of Economic Development of 18 April 2005 - which:• carry out, at the date of submission of the application, economic activities in the commercial and artisanal sector (registered in the of artisan businesses) through an operational unit (local unit) located in the territory of the Municipality of PETRURO IRPINO (AV) or undertake new economic activities in the municipal territory, (new activities mean those activated and in operation in the year 2021). • are duly established and registered in the Business Register or, in the case of artisan businesses, in the Register of craft businesses and are active at the time of submission of the application; • are not in a state of liquidation or bankruptcy and are not subject to bankruptcy or composition with creditors procedures; • be up to date with the payment of contributions and taxes to the state and therefore with a regular DURC; • be up to date with the payment of municipal taxes, or have signed a repayment plan for debt regularisation, to be agreed with the Municipality Tax Office, and have paid at least one installment of the same;
What does it predict
The allocation of the contribution for the Municipality of Petruro Irpino (AV), relating to the year 2021, is equal to €10,923.00 and will be used for the disbursement of non-repayable economic contributions according to the methods indicated below. 2. The contribution will be granted on a non-repayable basis, in response to specific requests in which management expenses and/or capital expenditure must be reported. There is no minimum spending threshold.
