This Notice is aimed at supporting small and micro artisanal and commercial enterprises, with registered and operational headquarters in the territory of the Municipality of Pattada, through the granting of a non-repayable contribution for management expenses incurred in the year 2022.
Who is it aimed at?
The beneficiaries of this Notice are small and micro artisan and commercial enterprises which, at the time of submitting the application: - Carry out economic activities exclusively in the commercial and artisan sector through an operational unit located in the territory of the Municipality of Pattada; - Are duly established and registered in the business register, in the case of artisanal enterprises in the Register of artisanal enterprises; - Are not in a state of liquidation or bankruptcy and are not subject to bankruptcy or composition with creditors procedures; - Are in compliance with anti-mafia legislation, in particular, the absence of causes of prohibition, suspension or forfeiture provided for by article 67 of Legislative Decree no. must be certified. 159 of 06.09.2011 (Anti-Mafia Code); - They do not have debts of any nature towards the Municipality of Pattada, relating to the business activity for which support is requested, for a total amount exceeding € 2,000.00 for the years 2022 and earlier. In the event of the existence of debt, access to this Notice is subject to early repayment of the same within 15 days of receiving a specific communication from the Municipality of Pattada; 2: The following are not eligible for the contribution referred to in this Notice: - Companies agricultural;-Associations or other non-profit legal entities;-Companies that carry out activities relating to lotteries, betting, gaming houses, management of machines that allow cash winnings operated by coins or tokens, and other activities connected with lotteries and betting;
