NOTES

The facilitation measure, with a total allocation of resources equal to 48 million euros, still has €34,050,300.00 available in September 2022. An additional 20 million euros have been allocated exclusively for small and medium-sized businesses located in the Sicilian Region, of which €9,180,384.36 is still available in September 2022. Who is it aimed at?

The beneficiaries of the national incentives are companies of any size, operating in all sectors and throughout the Italian territory, and which fall into the following categories: companies seized or confiscated from organized crime companies that have purchased or rented companies seized or confiscated or their business branches social cooperatives assignees of confiscated real estate cooperatives of employees of the confiscated company tenants or transferees of confiscated company assets.

What does it predict

The benefit consists of a loan from the Ministry: – at zero interest, – for an amount of no less than 50,000 euros and no more than 2,000,000 euros, – with a duration of between three and fifteen years, including a maximum grace period of five years, – without any form of guarantee, whether personal, real, bank or insurance, – paid to the beneficiary companies in two installments if it concerns liquidity financing (financial need) or in three installments of one third each if these are loans for investments (subject to the progress of works), - granted within the limits of incentive intensity provided, depending on the sector to which the beneficiary belongs, by the "de minimis" Regulations no. 1407/2013, n.1408/2013 and n. 717/2014.
