This is the measure promoted by the Department for Regional Affairs and Autonomy of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and aimed at the managers of ski lifts and ski slopes, which aims to support the functioning of sports infrastructures due to the higher costs incurred in the season winter 2022/2023 compared to the previous winter season.
Who is it aimed at?
The notice is aimed at managers of ski lifts and ski slopes who are: a. public entities; b. private entities including: – businesses of all sizes; – amateur sports associations; – non-profit amateur sports clubs which carry out, even to a non-prevalent extent, the activity identified by the ATECO code 49.39.01 (Management of funiculars, ski lifts and chair lifts if not part of urban or sub-urban transit systems) and have an active operational headquarters at the time of submission of the application and in the 2021/2022 and 2022/2023 winter seasons throughout the national territory, with the exception of the autonomous provinces of Trento and Bolzano.
What does it predict
A non-repayable contribution is foreseen: • in the maximum percentage of 80% of the eligible expenses • for an amount not exceeding 70,000.00 euros. The contribution is granted within the limits and availability referred to in the de minimis Regulation (Regulation (EU) no. 1407/2013) and the GBER Regulation (EU Regulation no. 651/2014).
