Sapienza University of Rome (hereinafter also just "Sapienza") as leader of Spoke 1 and 6, with this Public Notice intends to implement the "cascade calls" (financial support to third parties - FSTP or cascade funding) envisaged from the “Rome Technopole” Innovation Ecosystem project financed by the MUR, financing Research and Development Projects as defined in the art. 25 of Reg. (EU) 651/2014 et seq. mm. and Collaborative, i.e. created by Companies and Research Organizations in Effective Collaboration with each other.
Who is it aimed at?
All Beneficiaries must be either Companies or Research Organisations. The Promoting Founders and Participating Founders of the Rome Technopole Foundation cannot be beneficiaries of the funding provided for in this notice
What does it predict
The funded Collaborative R&D Projects must be consistent with the areas of technological specialization of Rome Technopole, the specific R&D objectives of Spoke 1 and 6 and preferably with the Flagship Projects of Rome Technopole within 3 strategic areas of regional interest: energy transition , digital transition, health and bio-pharmaceuticals, and must be implemented in Southern Italy (Abruzzo, Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Molise, Puglia, Sardinia and Sicily) for at least 40% of the costs and 61% of the financing granted.
