This Notice relates to Axis I Incentives and supports the entry and permanence in the labor market of people with disabilities to: - reduce the risks of marginalization, social exclusion and precarious work; - promote greater knowledge of the business system, promoting a more aware culture of inclusion of people with disabilities, through specific employment assistance interventions aimed at employers with business characteristics. Who is it aimed at?

Private companies of any size and sector of activity, with registered and/or operational headquarters and/or at least one production unit and/or branch in the Province of Cremona, can access the relief. By private enterprise we mean any entity which, regardless of its legal status and financing methods, carries out an economic activity, or any activity consisting in offering goods or services on a specific market regardless of the profit-making aim possibly pursued. This includes public economic bodies and companies controlled by public bodies. In the case of temporary work, pursuant to articles. 20 and 28 of Legislative Decree no. 276/2003 and subsequent amendments and additions, the user company is the beneficiary of the contribution.

What does it predict

The measure provides for the provision of incentives for the hiring of people with disabilities with the following requirements: a) those registered on the targeted placement lists referred to in law no. 68/1999; b) young people leaving school, up to 6 months after the end of their school career, in possession of certification of the degree of disability in accordance with the criteria set out in the art. 1 of law no. 68/1999.
